Work and laborIn actions of assumpsit, it is usual to put in a count, commonly called a common count, for work and labor done, and materials furnished by the plaintiff for the defendant; and when the work was not done under a special contract, the plaintiff will be entitled to recover on the common count for work, labor, and materials.

Will
A will is a legal document in which a person directs how his property is to be distributed after his death. Such documents must be executed in due form and must be duly witnessed.
