Whistleblowing

WhistleblowingThe act of an employee revealing suspected fraud (usually involving senior management) to an outside third party.

One who is authorized to act for another; a mandatory.
Fraud
Contracts, torts. Any trick or artifice employed by one person to induce another to fall into an error, or to detain him in it, so that he may make an agreement contrary to his interest. The fraud may consist either, first, in the misrepresentation, or, secondly, in the concealment of a material fact. Fraud, force and vexation, are odious in law.
Senior
The elder. This addition is sometimes made to a man's name, when two persons bear the same, in order to distinguish them. In practice when nothing is mentioned, the senior is intended.
