Shell game




Shell game

A game where a pebble or dried pea is hidden under one of three shells or cans. The Perpetrator moves the shells around quickly, often Palming the pebble, and then asks the Mark to choose the shell where the pea is located. A common street Confidence Game.

Shelley's case

Share capital
Shares may be issued by the company to shareholders in return for cash or other value equal to or greater than its nominal value. Shares in the authorised share capital are available to be issued. An agreement between shareholders of a company containing their agreement on the regulation of their relationship and on the administration of the company.
