Reese, Willis Livingston Mesier

Reese, Willis Livingston Mesier(1913- ). Best known for the Restatement Second, 1969, where he took the "most significant connection" rule of J.H.C. Morris and turned it into a set of multiple rules based on the principle that the applicable law is the law which has the most significant relationship.
