Patriot ActThe "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act" of 2001 was adopted by the US Senate on the 24th of October of the said year as a result of 9/11.
