Patent lawsuit

A lawsuit filed by or against a patent registration company or having to do with patent and trademark disputes.

Lawsuit
A comprehensive term for any proceeding in a court of law whereby an individual seeks a legal remedy.

Patent
1) Constrction. That which is open or manifest. 2) Contracts. "In some US states, a law allowing the state to collect money from prisoners to help defray the costs of imprisonment.
