Immunity of stateOwned Ships Convention. The International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Concerning the Immunity of State-owned Ships, adopted at Brussels on April 10, 1926 and in force as of January 8, 1937, and its Additional Protocol of May 24, 1934, in force as of January 8, 1937.

Public Law , which was passed in order to deter immigration-related marriage fraud. Its major provision stipulates that aliens deriving their immigrant status based on a marriage of less than two years are conditional immigrants.
