Drawee

DraweeA person to whom a bill of exchange is addressed, and who is requested to pay the amount of money therein mentioned.

This word is applied to men, women and children, who are called natural persons.

1) Legislation. An instrument drawn or presented by a member or committee to a legislative body for its approbation and enactment.
