Disinterested witness
Disinterested witnessOne who has no interest in the cause or matter in is-sue, and who is lawfully competent to testify. RELATED TERMS-------------------------------------- Interest 1) Estates. The right which a man has in a chattel real, and more particularly in a future term. To give evidence according to law; the examination of a witness who declares his knowledge of facts.
